Adanna is a native of San Pedro, California who transplanted to New Jersey where she completed her education at Delaware State University in the Medical Sciences field. As a scientist, Adanna’s professional tenure is primarily within the pharmaceutical industry which has provided her profound foundational exposure and discoveries in healthcare by making significant strides to provide therapeutic treatments & medicines to patients. Adanna has served as an Adjunct Professor at Middlesex County College teaching Anatomy & Physiology, Biology & Bioethics. Several organizations in which Adanna serves are First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens - Hearts We Win Giving - $13M Capital Campaign Leader, the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and Association of Women in Science, to name a few.
Sheldene Millington
Real Estate Education Lead
Sheldene is a college instructor, lecturing in both New York and New Jersey. She holds an undergraduate degree from City University of New York and an MBA from St. Peter's University in Jersey City, New Jersey. She has also achieved
accreditation from Villanova University in Pennsylvania for Project Management. Her specialty is business and she lectures in Macroeconomics, Managerial Accounting,
Entrepreneurship, Project Management, International Business, Business Ethics and Financial Management.
Lovis Rhodes
Community Liaison
Lovis is a licensed real estate professional with over 13 years of experience, serving the Mercer County, New Jersey area and beyond. Lovis has also had a successful career spanning over 12 years as a marketing and advertising professional. She brings this marketing expertise to her real estate business when helping her clients to sell their homes. She is best recognized for her commitment to providing step by step guidance to make the real estate process more understandable for first-time home buyers. Lovis understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life changing experience. Lovis also has a deep-rooted passion for serving the community. Through her church Lovis has been able to build relationships with several organizations in the Trenton, NJ area.
Hakimah Shahid-Ikhlas

Hakimah is an entrepreneur, real estate investor and registered nurse. She has spent the last decade as an ICU nurse in New York City. She serves as the CEO of Code Green Cash Homes, a real estate investment firm that wholesales real property and mobile homes. At Code Green Cash Homes, she also educates and enables owners to get out of difficult situations such as foreclosure, sudden need to move, expensive renovations, burdensome inherited properties, fire-damaged houses, poorly performing rentals and
more. Lastly, she is the owner of a boutique baby food company, Bismillah Baby Foods.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, Fareeda earned her Real Estate license in 2002 and her Brokers license in 2010.
